2. How We Use Information
We use information for the following purposes:
- Provide, operate, monitor, and improve RemoteGPU services.
- Create and secure accounts, sessions, API keys, and access controls.
- Provision, schedule, meter, bill, and support compute, storage, inference, and application resources.
- Detect, prevent, investigate, and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, outages, and policy violations.
- Communicate with you about service updates, support requests, billing, security, and administrative notices.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms, policies, and agreements.
3. Customer Content
RemoteGPU processes customer content to provide the cloud services you request. Customer content may include sensitive information depending on what you choose to submit, generate, store, or run.
When customer content includes personal data that RemoteGPU processes on behalf of an organization, the Data Processing Addendum applies.
- We do not sell customer content or use customer content for advertising.
- We do not use customer content to train RemoteGPU or third-party AI models unless you explicitly opt in or we have a separate written agreement with you.
- We may access customer content only as needed to provide the service, troubleshoot or support your request, protect the service, investigate abuse or security issues, comply with law, or enforce our agreements.
- You are responsible for the legality of the customer content you submit and for configuring your workloads, storage, credentials, and access permissions appropriately.
4. Cookies, Local Storage, And Similar Technologies
We use cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies for authentication, session continuity, security, routing, preferences, reliability, analytics where enabled, and payment flows. For example, the console may use browser storage for authentication state and stale-route recovery, and third-party payment or security providers may use their own technologies when their services are loaded.
5. How We Disclose Information
We disclose information only as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including to:
- Service providers that help with identity, hosting, security, infrastructure, analytics, payments, customer support, communications, and monitoring.
- Payment processors, such as Stripe, to process payments, invoices, credits, and billing records.
- Infrastructure and security providers, such as authentication, hosting, CDN, and abuse-prevention providers, when required to operate RemoteGPU.
- Authorities, courts, regulators, or third parties when required by law or when necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or service integrity.
- A successor or affiliate in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections.
6. Retention And Deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to provide RemoteGPU, meet the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the service.
Customer content is generally retained according to the lifecycle of the resource, workspace, job, volume, log, backup, or account where it is stored. Some security, abuse, billing, backup, and legal records may be retained for longer even after a resource or account is deleted.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These safeguards include access controls, logging, encryption where appropriate, network protections, and operational security practices. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so you should protect your credentials, API keys, workloads, and secrets.
8. International Processing
RemoteGPU is based in the United States. We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other locations where we or they operate. We apply protections described in this Policy regardless of where information is processed.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to opt out of certain uses or to appeal a denied request where applicable law provides that right.
To make a privacy request, contact us at [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and account authority before completing your request.
10. Children
RemoteGPU is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
11. Changes To This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the last updated date above. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the website, console, email, or other reasonable means.
