1. Agreement To These Terms
By accessing or using RemoteGPU, you agree to these Terms. If you use RemoteGPU on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and references to "you" include that entity.

You are responsible for all commands, API requests, console actions, configuration choices, account users, credentials, workloads, resource lifecycle decisions, and usage charges associated with your account or organization. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RemoteGPU is not responsible for losses, costs, data loss, failed jobs, security incidents, unexpected charges, or other consequences caused by your actions, omissions, configurations, workloads, credentials, users, API requests, commands, third-party systems, or failure to stop, delete, or release resources.
- Keep account credentials, API keys, tokens, secrets, and access permissions secure.
- Promptly notify RemoteGPU if you suspect unauthorized access or a security issue involving your account.
- Configure your workloads, storage, networking, and permissions appropriately for your use case.
- Ensure that your users comply with these Terms and any applicable account policies.
4. Customer Content, Workloads, And Outputs
You retain ownership of prompts, inputs, outputs, files, images, models, container images, Kubernetes resources, logs, artifacts, source code, data, and other content that you submit, generate, store, or run on RemoteGPU ("Customer Content").
If Customer Content includes Customer Personal Data that RemoteGPU processes on behalf of an organization, the Data Processing Addendum applies.
You grant RemoteGPU a limited license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, display, and otherwise use Customer Content only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, support, and maintain the services; comply with law; and enforce these Terms.
- You are responsible for the legality, licenses, rights, and permissions for Customer Content and workloads.
- RemoteGPU does not sell Customer Content or use Customer Content for advertising.
- RemoteGPU does not use Customer Content to train RemoteGPU or third-party AI models unless you explicitly opt in or we have a separate written agreement with you.
- Outputs from AI systems may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, unsafe, or similar to outputs generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use RemoteGPU in a way that harms users, RemoteGPU, third parties, infrastructure, or service integrity. Prohibited activity includes:
- Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized activity.
- Malware, phishing, credential harvesting, botnets, spam, denial of service attacks, or attempts to disrupt or overload systems.
- Unauthorized scanning, probing, penetration testing, scraping, data harvesting, or attempts to bypass security controls.
- Violating intellectual property, privacy, publicity, export control, sanctions, or other applicable laws or third-party rights.
- Evading usage limits, rate limits, billing, quotas, metering, security controls, or account restrictions.
- Cryptocurrency mining, resource arbitrage, resale, or benchmarking at scale without our written approval.
- High-risk uses where failure could cause death, personal injury, or severe environmental, physical, financial, or societal harm unless covered by a separate written agreement.
6. Security
RemoteGPU uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the services. You are responsible for securing your own applications, images, dependencies, prompts, files, workloads, network exposure, environment variables, secrets, and access controls.
If you discover a vulnerability or security issue, contact RemoteGPU before public disclosure and avoid accessing, modifying, or disrupting data or systems that do not belong to you.
7. Billing, Credits, And Taxes
RemoteGPU may charge for usage, storage, compute, bandwidth, support where offered, or other services according to the pricing, console, order form, or written agreement that applies to your account.
- Usage-based charges may continue until resources are stopped, deleted, expired, or otherwise released according to the applicable service lifecycle.
- You are responsible for reviewing pricing, resource state, account balances, invoices, and usage records.
- Credits, promotional balances, trials, coupons, or grants are not redeemable for cash, are not transferable, and may expire unless RemoteGPU states otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.
- You are responsible for taxes, duties, bank fees, payment processor fees, chargebacks, and similar charges except for taxes based on our income.
- Billing disputes must be sent to RemoteGPU within 30 days after the charge, invoice, or usage record first becomes available.
8. Payment Authorization
By adding, selecting, or using a payment method, completing a Stripe Checkout session, requesting a prepaid credit top-up, or otherwise initiating a paid RemoteGPU transaction, you authorize RemoteGPU, Stripe, and their payment processors to store payment method details and charge the selected or default payment method for amounts owed under these Terms.
- Charges may include usage-based charges, prepaid credit top-ups you request, invoices, taxes, fees, failed-payment retries, and past-due balances.
- Amounts may vary based on pricing, resource state, usage records, invoices, account balances, and console actions.
- Charges may be one-time, usage-based, off-session, or manually retried where permitted by law and payment network rules.
- You may update or remove payment methods where the console permits, but you remain responsible for outstanding amounts.
- Refunds and billing corrections are handled under the Refund Policy.
9. Preview, Beta, And Experimental Services
Some RemoteGPU services may be labeled preview, beta, experimental, early access, limited availability, or similar. These services may be incomplete, capacity-limited, changed without notice, or discontinued at any time.
Unless RemoteGPU agrees otherwise in writing, preview and experimental services are provided without service level commitments and should not be used for production, regulated, or high-risk workloads.
10. Service Interruptions, Maintenance, And No Service Level Commitments
RemoteGPU does not provide service level commitments, uptime commitments, service credits, refunds, or other remedies for unavailability, downtime, performance issues, or service interruptions unless a separate written agreement or order form expressly states otherwise.
RemoteGPU services may be temporarily interrupted, degraded, unavailable, or affected due to datacenter power outages, network failures, hardware failures, equipment inspection or repair, system maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, third-party service interruptions, security incidents, force majeure events, capacity adjustments, or other circumstances beyond RemoteGPU's reasonable control.
RemoteGPU will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore affected services. For scheduled maintenance, RemoteGPU may provide advance notice through the website, console, email, or other reasonable means where practicable. However, RemoteGPU may suspend, restrict, interrupt, or modify services without prior notice in cases of emergency maintenance, security issues, urgent operational needs, unexpected failures, or force majeure events.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing or required by applicable law, RemoteGPU will not be liable for any downtime, service interruption, resource unavailability, workload failure, delayed execution, degraded performance, data loss, or any resulting damages, refunds, credits, or other compensation arising from such events.
11. Third-Party Services
RemoteGPU may rely on third-party services, open-source software, payment processors, model providers, infrastructure providers, authentication providers, security providers, and other vendors. Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms, licenses, pricing, or privacy practices.
12. Service Changes, Suspension, And Termination
RemoteGPU may suspend or restrict access to the services, resources, workloads, accounts, or organizations if RemoteGPU reasonably believes suspension is needed because of nonpayment, security risk, abuse, policy violations, legal risk, service integrity, capacity limits, or harm to RemoteGPU, users, or third parties.
You may stop using RemoteGPU at any time. Some Customer Content, metadata, logs, backups, billing records, security records, and legal records may be retained after termination as described in the Privacy Policy, the console, or the applicable service lifecycle.
13. Intellectual Property And Feedback
We and our licensors own the services, software, interfaces, designs, documentation, trademarks, logos, and related intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you ownership of RemoteGPU intellectual property.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas, we may use them without restriction or compensation, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
14. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RemoteGPU is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. RemoteGPU does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, compatible with all workloads, or free from data loss.
RemoteGPU does not provide legal, medical, financial, professional, or safety advice. You are responsible for validating outputs, results, configurations, and workloads before relying on them.
15. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, Customer Content, or business opportunities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid for the RemoteGPU services giving rise to the claim during the one month before the event giving rise to liability or 100 U.S. dollars.
16. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Coevolution US Inc. and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or relating to Customer Content, workloads, your use of the services, your users, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
17. Governing Law And Disputes
If a written agreement or order form specifies governing law or a dispute process, that written agreement controls. Otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Coevolution US Inc. is incorporated, excluding conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in courts with jurisdiction over Coevolution US Inc. and the dispute.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
18. Changes To These Terms
RemoteGPU may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, RemoteGPU will update the last updated date above. If changes are material, RemoteGPU may provide additional notice through the website, console, email, or other reasonable means. Continued use of RemoteGPU after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
